BACKGROUND

Abdurozack is an associate at MTA. He worked as a public prosecutor and litigation lawyer at Amhara Regional State Justice Office(ARSJO) and Ministry of Revenues of Ethiopia(MoR) respectively for more than three years before joining MTA. While at ARSJO, Abdurozack handled various litigation cases involving criminal and civil matters. While at MoR, Abdurozack handled tax-related litigations and civil matters related to the Ministry. At MTA, Abdurozack mainly focuses on the mining and Energy sectors, where he has been involved in reviewing and drafting documents for various projects and transactions in the mining and energy sectors, such as mining agreements, power purchase agreements, and renewable energy contracts.
