BACKGROUND

Melat is an accountant at MTA. She has a master’s degree in accounting and finance and a B.A. degree in Banking and Finance from Jimma University. Before joining MTA, she served as a lecturer at Jimma University and Unity University.

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2017-2018: Master of Science in Accounting and Finance (Regular) from Jimma University.
  • 2013-2016: Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Jimma University.

  • May 2023- Current Accountant at Mesfin Tafesse and Associates law office from May 2023- Current
  • 3 Months 2023 Full-time Lecturer at Unity University Accounting and Finance Department
  • 3 Months as a Data Entry officer at the European Center for Electoral Support
  • 8 Months as a Regional Centers Coordinator at Elshadai Relief and Developmental Association
  • 3 Months as a Volunteer at Elshadai Relief and Developmental Association
  • 1 year and 2 Month Part-time Lecture at Unity University
